Lindner keeps ownership, handles maintenance and spare parts, and the customer pays based on how much they shred. The recycling company gets the capacity they need without the investment. Lindner gets a long-term customer with recurring revenue. That is Equipment-as-a-Service.<\/p><p>The market uses many labels &#8211; pay-per-use, contracting, subscription model, fleet management. These describe\u00a0<strong>pricing mechanisms<\/strong>. Equipment-as-a-Service is the business model underneath.
