Julian Stadlmann joined Findustrial as frontend developer in September 2021. He takes care of the further development of our platform and the general UI/UX design.
But now let him tell for himself:
Who are you?
My name is Julian Stadlmann. I graduated 2013 at the HTBLA Vöcklabruck with focus on business informatics. Over the next eight years I was able to gain experience in various areas of software development. Since I wanted to continue my education, i decided to study extra occupational industrial engineering which I completed in 2021.
Now I am very happy to be part of the Findustrial team and look forward to the upcoming challenges.
What’s the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is the ability to create new things and therefore satisfy the customer’s needs. And of course not to forget our amazing team!
Why do you think the Pay-per-Use market will develop in the upcoming months and years and thereby drive the use of the Findustrial platform?
With Pay-per-Use, companies can reduce the cost barrier when entering new customer segments. Especially in challenging economic times, when companies do not want to take a lot of money in order to purchase an expensive item, they can benefit from a flexible price adjusted to the usage.
What do you say about your team?
Teamwork is essential for companies to achieve their goals.
The great collaboration and cohesion among each other is what inspires me over and over again anew and that’s why I’m confident that we will be able to master all future challenges together.
What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is, that I don’t stop working on a problem until it is solved, no matter how difficult it seems to be.
What is your favourite quote that you would like to share with us at the end?
