Paul Mandl joined our team in November 2020 as a Full-Stack-Developer, but currently he works most of his time on frontend tasks, as the conception of different platform components, or the general platform design.
But now let him tell for himself:
Who are you?
I am Paul, a 23-year-old software developer from Munich. When I am not working, or studying, I love to make electronic music, or play the piano.
What’s the best thing about your job?
As a software engineer, I’m always searching for new challenges in my field. Working in a constantly developing start-up, there are various tasks and new techniques coming up every day, but the best thing about my job is the team I work with.
Why do you think the pay-per-use market will develop in the upcoming months and years and thereby drive the use of the Findustrial platform?
Pay-per-use is already the customary form of payments in a wide range of branches. Considering the current developments in the field it’s just a matter of time, until the manufacturing industry and many others will jump on the bandwagon.
What do you say about your team?
The team environment at Findustrial is amazing. Even though I am working from Home most of the time, it feels like I’m there every single day. We are constantly chatting, or keeping up about the new developments in our team as well as with our supervisors, so nobody has to feel left out.
What is your greatest strength?
I think my greatest strength is, that I can understand and implement processes very quickly.
What is your favourite quote that you would like to share with us at the end?
“It’s OK to have your eggs in one basket as long as you control what happens to that basket.” – Elon Musk
