Advantages of pay-per-use
The productivity of the machine or plant is measured in real time and this data is the basis for your repayment rates.
Thus, your payment is always based on the use of your asset.
The variable term of the pay-per-use leasing contract significantly reduces your interest burden when your capacity utilisation is good.
This flexibility helps to make pay-per-use cheaper than comparable leases.
Without the high capital investment at the beginning of a machine purchase, you gain more liquidity through pay-per-use financing.
Pay-per-use financing makes further projects easier for you.
Every company faces its own challenges. We have the right solution for your needs.
Pay-per-use leasing
You optimise your expenses and only pay for the actual use of your asset. With pay-per-use leasing, the repayment rate is based on the utilisation of your asset. This flexible model can also give you tax advantages, as the term is shortened and you save on interest if you have a good occupancy rate.
- Interest savings due to higher repayment with good occupancy rates
- Flexibility in repayment based on actual use
- Preservation of liquidity

Pay-per-use loan
A pay-per-use loan allows you to pay only for what you actually use. Instead of fixed monthly amounts, the costs are based on your consumption. With good utilisation, you benefit from a shortened term and thus save on interest.

Shape your factory of the future
Pay-per-use enables the factory of the future
Your factory could also look like this - today!
Our vision? A sustainable factory, with the latest technology – cost-saving and affordable for all. Pay-per-use financing makes it possible to use the latest technologies in all areas, pay for them based on actual use and thus save costs efficiently and in the long term.
Sustainable energy sources
By installing, for example, a PV system that you bill on a usage basis, you can reduce your energy costs by more than 50%. What costs you € 0.30 per KWh today is reduced to € 0.10 per KWh by the PV system and provides a saving of € 100,000 per year. In addition, you improve your CO2 balance by saving 200 tonnes.
Electronic vehicle fleet
Renew your trucks and go for e-mobility. With a price of € 1.00 per kilometre, you have a savings potential of € 30,000 p.a. and reduce your CO2 emissions by 75 tonnes.
Highly efficient cooling
Cooling systems are just one example of usage-based billing by the hour. Technologies can be optimally used and maintained. This not only extends the life of the products, but also creates a savings potential of € 60,000 p.a. and 120 tonnes less CO2 emissions.
Highly automated production
What today may have a price of € 100 per hour can be reduced to € 40 per hour through more efficient production and save you € 170,000 per year.
The latest technology for your production facility
With pay-per-piece, all production facilities can be easily billed on a usage basis. They know a fixed unit price, can further automate their production line and counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
E-charging stations
Make your business more attractive. E-charging stations are a great benefit for customers and employees. Pay-per-charge billing allows you to monitor your energy consumption in real time and optimise your operating costs.
Rely on AGVs instead of classic forklifts
By switching from just two trucks to AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) you can reduce your costs by € 160,000 per year.
Robots against a shortage of skilled workers
Rely on future-proof automation that you charge for on a usage basis. The actual utilisation of the machine is decisive here. They are not dependent on specialist staff and only pay for what they actually use.

"With usage-based financing, raw material and supply chain issues don't hit our liquidity as hard and the financing solution also helps us with fluctuating order intake."
"Pay-per-use will be a tremendous enabler for a post-Corona economic comeback. The Findustrial platform allows us to participate in this comeback and offer innovative financing models to our customers."
‘With our new TruMatic 7000, we are able to grow with our customers and make new construction opportunities available to them. Financing according to the actual wear and tear emerged as the perfect solution for financing this project.’

The advantage lies in linking the repayments to the use of the plant. If the investment runs well, more can be paid back. If business deteriorates, the financing rates are reduced fully automatically without having to contact the financing partner. By documenting the usage data, higher second-hand values can also be achieved.
Pay-per-use is a billing model in which the monthly rate to be paid is linked to a usage variable and thus becomes variable.
From the operator’s point of view, pay-per-use is the billing model. Equipment-as-a-Service is the service offered by the manufacturer. Additional services such as maintenance, servicing, etc. are offered as a uniform service (all-in package) for the equipment and charged to the operator on a usage basis.
Not necessarily, through the possible reduction of the term, the asset user can save considerable interest. This means that if business is good, higher instalments are due and the term is automatically reduced. The additional costs of the data connection result in additional costs of approx. 0.2-0.5% p.a. for a comparable term, but these can be more than compensated for by the flexibility of pay-per-use leasing.
If your house bank is already a Findustrial partner, by all means! However, it must be clarified on a case-by-case basis whether your house bank can handle the variable installments. However, we also draw on our worldwide network of financing partners to facilitate the best conditions.
No, pay-per-use is possible and makes sense in almost every sector where there can be basically fluctuating plant utilisation. Pay-per-use exists both in the stationary sector (all types of production machinery) and in the mobile sector (construction machinery, agriculture, trucks). In addition, many units in so-called ancillary areas (cooling, heating, ventilation, lighting) are charged via pay-per-use. A strongly growing area is also the topic of photovoltaics, where you then only pay according to the KWh produced by the system.
